1. Eligibility for Refunds
- The purchased voucher code is invalid or already redeemed.
- The seller fails to provide a valid voucher code within the specified time.
- A technical error on our platform resulted in an incorrect charge.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
- The voucher has already been successfully redeemed.
- The voucher expired before use (users must check expiry before purchase).
- The buyer changed their mind after purchase.
- The issue arises from misuse or violation of VouchOn’s Terms of Service.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund:
- Email us at support@vouchon.site within 7 days of purchase.
- Include your Order ID, voucher code, and reason for refund.
- Our team will verify the claim with the seller and confirm eligibility.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method (wallet, UPI, card, etc.).
5. Dispute Resolution
If a buyer and seller disagree, VouchOn will mediate based on transaction logs, proof of validity, and expiry details. VouchOn’s decision will be final.
